The clients brief was to attain a striking design that fitted the landscape while meeting stern town planning requirements. Congratulations, the Bart Carr home that was built at 973 Te nae Road, Rotorua was judged to be the best home in its category at the Rotorua Master Builder Awards on 20th June 2008 being honored with the supreme, and gold awards. A face lift project to modernism a 1980’s three glossy commercial building with a very stringent budget. Designed to arrest the maximum of the gorgeous lake edge proximity, with a mix of low maintenance materials, ensuring the owners enjoy the lakeside lifestyle with extensive decking correct to the waters edge. We also have a large client bottom for alterations and additions bringing earlier properties up to date with modern design, insulation and heating solutions.
